Halle Berry has been honoured by Muhammad Ali for her charity efforts.
The 'Monster's Ball' actress and keen green activist was guest of honour, awarded for her dedication to many different charities at Ali's Celebrity Fight Night, a fundraiser held by the boxer in Phoenix, Arizona, last Saturday (19.03.11).
The event saw singers including Kelly Clarkson, Matchbox 20 and Bret Michaels perform and raised money for the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at St Joseph's hospital in the city.
The three-time World Heavyweight Champion boxer was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1984.
After he had presented Halle with her award, she gave him a kiss on the cheek and a hug and thanked everyone for their support.
Other celebrities at the fundraiser included Kevin Costner, Bo Derek, Verne Troyer and Billy Crystal.
Bret - singer with 80s band Poison - had received treatment at the facility after suffering a brain hemorrhage last year.
He said: ''I am thrilled to have the opportunity to rock at Celebrity Fight Night in support of St. Joseph's. St. Joseph's saved my life and I am grateful to be able to attend the charity event that benefits this amazing hospital.''
The fight night has raised over $60 million dollars since it began 17 years ago and sees an auction of celebrity memorabilia alongside performances from a number of stars.
Bret and Kevin both later auctioned off the chance to go on dinner dates with them as auction prizes.
