Ksenya is 28 and a recent Communications and Journalism (MA) grad from Lincoln University in the UK. Her final project was on the topic of conservation and the importance of protecting biodiversity on the planet.
Environmental issues have always been important to her so it was a given that she would choose it as the topic. She am an advocate for eco-tourism and voluntourism. Last November she went on a volunteer programme to Iceland where together with a group of other volunteers worked on an organic farm.
Previously Ksenya freelanced for the Lincolnshire Echo for a short period of time and is now looking to gain the much needed writing experience.
She is currently based in Israel but probably be returning to the UK in September.
